About the Speaker
Lee Little is President and CEO of Premier Workforce Training and Development. He has over 25 years of experience in Safety and Health systems management, Workforce Development, Workers’ Compensation, Injury Claims Management, and Customer Service. His experience includes work in various industries extending across the military, non-profit, public and corporate sectors.
Lee has multiple earned degrees, including graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education, and is working on his Master’s degree in Organizational Development. Lee is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for General Industry, as well as a Certified Corporate Trainer, with 10’s-of-thousands of hours effectively coaching, training, and facilitating classes in traditional and distance learning environments. He holds certification as a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) practitioner, with extensive experience in process analysis and improvement. He also holds a Class-A Commercial Driver’s License.
