• Are floors of walk-in refrigerators and freezers clean, dry, and non slippery?
• Are entrances areas dry? Are mats, if used, in good condition?
• Are aisle spaces free from obstacles?

• Is the light fixture operative in walk-in?
• Is the emergency interior door latch assembly or handle in good working condition?
