Picture This: Poor Ship Deck Decisions

Where do we start with this one? Not only are the workers not using eye protection while chipping ice, they are also not using fall protection while standing on the slippery surface of a ship’s deck. Damage to the deck is also likely should these workers get a little overzealous in their ice-breaking activities.
