Reducing the Training Burden on a Lean Safety Team – Case Study

Meadowbrook operated multiple senior living and care facilities with one regional safety lead supporting a wide range of hazards, including resident transfers, violence risk, infection control, slips and falls, chemicals, fatigue and emergency response. The safety lead was spending too much time creating materials and chasing documentation.

This case study shows how SafetyNow ILT helped distribute safety training responsibility without losing control. Supervisors received ready-to-use materials for short huddles and safety meetings, while the safety department gained a more consistent way to track attendance, participation and follow-up actions across facilities.
