  1. Thirty-seven percent of women who have experienced domestic violence reported that it had an impact on their work performance, hampering job promotions, attendance, their ability to show up on time and ability to keep their jobs.
  2. Forty percent of business leaders surveyed said they were personally aware of employees and other individuals affected by domestic violence.
  3. Workplace productivity has suffered as a result of domestic violence, according to 47 percent of executives polled.
  4. Seventy-four percent of domestic violence victims have suffered abuse, harassment or violence from their partners on at least one occasion while at work.
  5. Seventy-eight percent of human resources professionals polled by Personnel Journal stated that domestic violence is a workplace issue.
  6. Domestic violence was ranked as a significant security problem for 94 percent of corporate security officers surveyed.
