Theme Park Cited for Alleged Multiple Serious and Repeat Violations Carrying Total Penalties of $117,700

An OSHA safety inspection resulted in citations for 34 serious violations alleging improper storage of flammable liquids, failure to use approved pumps to dispense flammable liquids, failure to properly mark exits and covering spray booth sprinkler heads with plastic bags. Several repeat violations, ranging from defective emergency brakes on a forklift to machine guarding hazards, are also alleged.
