Tips for drivers during winter conditions.

Safety Solutions:

Never overestimate your driving ability.

Slow down.    Buckle up.    Don’t drink & drive.

Put 4 seconds between you and the car ahead.

Pump the brakes (not slam!)

Sliding? Turn the wheels in direction of the slide

Drive on interstates & one-way roads, whenever possible.

Keep lights ON

Clear off lights, mirrors, and license plate of snow/ice.

Bridges, Ramps, and Overpasses freeze first.

Check the windshield wipers to make sure they are not frozen to the windshield.
