About This Webinar

Year-end is not always a quiet period for safety. In many workplaces, it’s when risk increases. Crews are tired. Production pressure rises. Weather changes job conditions. Shutdown work begins. Temporary workers may still be in the mix. Supervisors are juggling deadlines, staffing, and planning for the next year. That’s when a short refresher can make a meaningful difference.

The challenge is knowing where to focus. Not every topic needs the same attention. High-risk tasks, seasonal hazards, equipment use, emergency response, slips and falls, winter driving, fatigue, lockout, and supervisor responsibilities may deserve targeted reinforcement. A strong year-end refresher strategy doesn’t overwhelm workers. It identifies the training gaps most likely to create harm or exposure and addresses them quickly.

This SafetyNow ILT webinar will show how employers can use the Year-End Safety Refresher Pack to reinforce critical topics before the year closes. We’ll discuss how to prioritize refresher topics, assign courses, use microtraining, track completion, involve supervisors, and create a cleaner training record before entering 2027.
