This poses risks of leaks, chemical exposure, and physical injury from falling drums.

Dangerous goods must be stored securely on flat, stable surfaces, using proper stacking techniques. Barrels should be clearly labeled, separated by compatibility, and placed in designated, ventilated areas with secondary containment. Use racks or containment pallets to prevent rolling or toppling. Regularly inspect storage areas for leaks, corrosion, and compliance with hazardous material regulations.
