Unsafe Sleep Environment Identified During Inspection

During a routine licensing inspection, an infant was found sleeping with a blanket and stuffed toy in the crib. Staff stated the child “slept better that way.”

The inspector cited the centre for unsafe sleep practices. The program was required to retrain staff, revise policies, and increase supervision during nap time.
