About This Webinar
Addiction is a widespread issue affecting millions of Canadians and Americans. Substance abuse disorders can negatively impact employees’ work performance, well-being, and personal lives. As an employer, you play a critical role in supporting employees who are overcoming addiction. With compassion, dedication, and access to proper resources, you can help create a supportive work environment that sets employees up for success in their recovery journey.
Join us in an interactive Q&A with Peter Kunst, executive director at NewGate 180, a respectful and compassionate addiction rehabilitation centre in Ontario, as he helps us navigate the waters of the risks for employers and being a supportive work environment.
